Team 91 x New Balance Black & White Store Is Finally Here!

Important Details Before Shopping:

1. . Account Creation: Everyone will need to create a new account to access the store. Please use your
   email and a self-created password to login if you have never signed up before. You will then be prompted to
   enter the Team Store Password once you are logged in (if there is a designated password).
2. Navigating to the Team Store: After logging in, users should go to “My Locker” to find their team. The link
   I send will direct them to their specific team store, but if they navigate elsewhere, they can return to “My
   Locker” to access it.
3. Store Access: Once they click on their team, they’ll see their store with the name displayed. If it says
   “Active,” that means the store is open. A countdown should also appear at the top for days left to shop.
4. Shopping: Inside the store, users can select items as usual and add them to their cart. Note that under
   custom styles, it may say “customize” instead of “add to cart.” We’re working to update this terminology
   soon.
5.  Charging: When an order is submitted, you will see a “Pending authorization” for the full amount of your
   order. Stock items (i.e. footwear) are charged once all stock units are shipped (you will not be charged for
   cancelled items). Embellished/custom items (i.e. apparel or uniforms) are charged once the store closes.
6. Shipping:
   Estimated ship dates for embellished/custom items are available within 2 days of a store closing.
